It's hard to find a valuable penny stock...

Lately, I've seen too many penny stocks being discussed as "The Gem" all over the forums... Frankly, there aren't as many as you think. One penny stock I've found a few weeks ago, under the ticker symbol, KATX, has made an impressive move towards 7 cents yesterday. Boy, it would've been nice to buy that up in the 2 cent range.

Anyway, with all of this being said, I'm still long with my 3 favorite stocks:
  • BIEL
  • MCLN
  • EVRM
As for MDFI, it's a high risk play which paid off since it reached over a penny last week. Volume has dried up in the past couple days but I won't be surprised if the stock surge well over a penny to over 2-3 cents in the next few days (this current dip could be signs of another surge to come). It could happen; the possibility is definitely there. As for now, however, I'm out of the stock until the next Q10 arrives, or any other significant news convinces me otherwise.

Now concerning my 3 favorite stocks, my sentiments haven't changed. Apparently, BIEL is going to submit an application for PMA which should get a response within 30 days. Sadly, BIEL is going to get manipulated until FDA approval or an up-list to a more viable stock exchange. That being said, I will put my money where my mouth is and buy up more BIEL shares at the 2 cent range. I believe it's been way oversold and smart investors like you and I will pounce on this opportunity to grab cheap shares.

EVRM has been killed all the way to a penny, from their recent highs of 5 cents. I will grab more shares if it ever reaches below a penny.

MCLN will have their quarterly financials out between February and March, this year. I don't expect anything particularly different from the past Quarterly but any increases in revenues and income is definitely a bonus. The stock's been holding steady for the past few weeks not budging under the 2.5 cent mark, which in my opinion, is a very promising sign.

If any of you folks know any other significantly undervalued stock, please share with the ACE.

Goodluck!

YEAR 2010

Sorry for such a long delay since my last update. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year! My holiday vacation was definitely memorable.

A quick little update on my favorite stocks:

MCLN: It's off the "buyin" list on www.buyins.net which means MCLN is no longer on the REG SHO list which basically means that there aren't any more "short" shares from a "failure-to-deliver". We can see that the MMs probably made up some of their short shares during last weeks run to 4 cents. Overall, were still seeing a lot of accumulation and consolidation over the past few weeks which is something I totally expected. So far nothings changed, nor has my sentiment on this stock. Hold long.

BIEL: "Project Asia" has partnered up with BIEL's "Allay" patches. If you don't know what these patches are, simply go to www.allaypatch.com for more info. It's nothing more than a patch to reduce pain caused by "PMS" during the natural course of a woman's menstrual cycle. Dig deeper into this partnership and you'll figure out another convincing form of DD that is extremely beneficial for the companies short term and long term potential! I'll give a clue; it has to deal with Chen Lu Yu. My Sentiment: Hold long.

MDFI: Like I've said before, the MM's broke the huge support at 0.003 a month ago. I've added my position at 0.0017 with the idea that this was the MM's plan anyway, to gather enough shares at a much cheaper price. The company will do well especially with all the "health-talk" that is soon to occur in the early months of this year. I don't doubt Obama with his fulfillment with the promises he made concerning electronic medical records. I too, find no other logical explanation to completely disregard the implementation of "EMRs"; it saves $$. My sentiment: Hold long.

EVRM: After the contract details with Honeywell, I've expected the company's PPS to rise above 2-3cents. Unfortunately, there isn't enough volume. However, I expect the PPS to rise sooner rather than later. The company has proven it's legitimacy and I have no doubt in where this management team will take them. My sentiment: Hold long.

I can't update frequently but I'll try to answer any questions related to any stock.

Feel free to add me on twitter at "Acepicks" for quick updates!

Goodluck!

Quick BIEL and MDFI update!

As for quick BIEL and MDFI update...

The only reason why BIEL broke it's support level is because FDA approval is taking an extremely long time, and some impatient investors are leaving the stock. However, those who leave will most definitely buy back in the lower price range, hence, the stock will move back up. Also, the stock is heavily oversold... Either way, I'm still long on this stock and anyone reading my blogs should also stick to long-term. FDA approval is imminent; I have a knee acti-patch and it is very effective! I still have all my shares of BIEL and I haven't sold a single share, ever.

MDFI broke it's support level of 0.003 which comes to no surprise again. I expected a company press release after all the interest which accumulated over the few weeks... Usually a company should give a shareholder update especially after the stock ran from 0.001 to 0.007. It held for months and still no update = there probably isn't one. I sold all my shares at 0.0033 and at 0.0031. I'm looking to buy back when I see another potential bottom.

Sunday: MCLN BioMedReport Pt.2

Hey guys!

I'd like to thank all the supporters who've subscribed, tweeted, and read my articles on my blog. Please continue to support my blog and subscribe to it!

A mini update on MCLN...

From my point of view, we can expect periods of consolidation in the range between 2-4 cents. This type of activity is fine, periods of consolidation is what we want here, unless, MCLN catches the eyes of new investors everyday or even a few institutions at that. I can't stress enough how undervalued this company is. I've provided my due diligence to you all and now its your turn to look further into the company.

The most recent PR from the company regarding the option of 7.5M financing is great news! This is clear cut evidence that the company is about to accelerate their growth by capturing more clients in the near future. Here's an excerpt from the PR:
  • Scott Grisanti, the Company's Chairman, commented, "This transaction provides MedClean with the capital required to accelerate execution of its growth and expansion strategy. The Company has claimed the leadership role in industry through development and delivery of its MedClean On-Demand Container and Mobile solutions, which are based on significant intellectual property. The Socius investment vehicle provides the means to expand delivery of MedClean's solutions to a broader customer base through a variety of system acquisition options and additional distribution channels and partners. Also, the investment will enable MedClean to accelerate development plans for new product lines that target new market segments, especially the non-hospital small quantity generator market for regulated medical waste treatment."

Doing your own DD will pay off in the long-run, no matter what happens during intra-day activities. Profit is still profit. And for my newbie investors, one word of advice that will always pay off... PATIENCE!

  • MCLN is still on the REG SHO list 20+ consecutive days
  • No doubt in my mind institutional investors are getting on-board
  • Remember, investors are willing to invest in MCLN even if its at 10 cents, 20 cents, or even 30 cents: It's still undervalued in my opinion.

BioMed Report on MCLN pt.2

*Direct link by clicking the title*

Steps we need to see to unleash new highs, surpassing our previous high of 7.6 cents:
  • Relatively much lower volume b/c MMs are short, they'll have to buy at market price
  • Buying pressure must exceed selling pressure.
  • Little buying pressure + no selling pressure = steady gains or HUGE GAPPA
BioMedReport should have their last part of their DD due by Friday: an exclusive interview with the CEO!

An Example of Pure Manipulation

It's only a matter of time before we see reversal. I can't tell to be honest but I do know I'll be adding on every dip.
